Terre Exotique’s Speculoos spice blend is the secret to making your very own spiced Dutch biscuits at home. Traditionally, Speculoos biscuits were handed out to children on the 6th December – St Nicholas’ Day, however nowadays, they’re popular across Europe to eat with coffee, use in tiramisu or sprinkle over trifles. 

This spice blend is a fragrant mix of cinnamon, coriander, fennel, anise, ginger, cloves, nutmeg and black pepper – add it to crumble topping for a hint of spice, sprinkle a pinch into creme patissiere, or rub onto duck breasts before pan frying.
