14kg of Picual olives are needed to produce 1 litre of oil. They are taken from the first harvest and cold pressed to preserve their flavour and aroma. The result is an emerald green oil with a fresh aroma.

Centenarium Premium is a limited edition single variety olive oil. Use it to dress salads or as a finishing oil for lighter dishes. It’s wonderful with seafood, pasta and hard cheeses. Drizzle it over aged manchego or a tomato and onion salad.

On the nose, the oil has aromas of green apple and almond. On the palate, it’s well balanced with spicy, bitter notes. The flavour is persistent, slowly revealing its complexity.
