Hot Black Horn and Wood Salad Servers Set Tableware Brands|Serveware

These elegant salad servers are perfect for tossing and serving your favourite salads. Made from polished black horn, they have smooth rosewood handles that feel great in your hand and look beautiful on your table. Use the paddle shaped servers to effortlessly scoop up dressed leaves, roasted vegetables and zingy noodle salads.

Each piece is individually hand carved and finished by highly skilled craftsmen. The tableware is made using waste materials: rosewood off-cuts from a furniture maker and water buffalo horn that would otherwise be discarded and incinerated. Due to the natural material of the product, some pieces may have natural markings – each one is unique.

Not dishwasher safe.

Please note that while horn from water buffalo is predominantly black, it can have yellow and milky white streaks running through it, creating a marbled or two toned effect. So your product will be completely unique, and one of a kind.

It went on to win an award for ‘Outstanding Design’ presented by the British Interior Design Association in May 2003.
