Hot Carbone Plus Round Based Wok, 35cm Pots & Pans

Cook Asian dishes in the De Buyer Carbone Plus wok. Made in France, it has a round base and riveted handle. It’s a great choice for stir frying, simmering and shallow frying.

Crafted from thick carbon steel, the wok heats quickly and evenly. Meat browns quickly, locking in flavour and moisture. Noodles and vegetables can be easily tossed and moved around the pan. Use a high heat for a smoky taste and aroma. This is known as wok hei, or ‘the breath of the wok’.

Carbone Plus woks are suitable for all kinds of stovetop. For induction hobs, the wok can only be used in an induction wok bowl.

The steel wok develops a non-stick patina over time. The more you use it, the better it gets. You can cook healthy meals using very little oil.
