Neuhaus chocolate speculoos thins are nougatine biscuits covered in dark chocolate. The nougatine is enriched with speculoos, a traditional Belgian biscuit.

Neuhaus sources its speculoos from Maison Dandoy in Brussels. This family-run business has been marking artisanal biscuits and waffles for seven generations. Their speculoos are made with butter, brown sugar, cloves and cinnamon.

Neuhaus speculoos thins are light and crisp with a satisfying snap. The hint of warming spice is a perfect match for the bittersweet chocolate.
