New Midori Sushi Serving Set Japanese Ingredients|Plates

The Midori sushi serving set is a beautiful gift for sushi lovers. Use it to serve California rolls and nigiri with salmon or shrimp. The stoneware plates and sauce dishes have a traditional textured finish. 

Midori means ‘green’ in Japanese – a reference to the pale green streak at the centre of each item.

Made in Japan, each set includes:

• 2 x rectangular serving plates
• 2 x small sauce dishes
• 2 x wooden chopsticks

Present homemade or store-bought sushi on the elegant serving plates. Place pickled ginger and wasabi in one corner, as they do in Japan. Fill the smaller dishes with soy sauce for dipping.
