Octopus with garlic is a classic Spanish tapas dish, and these tender pieces of octopus are beautifully flavoured in garlic-infused oil. Serve the octopus in individual tapas bowls, with hunks of crusty bread and caramelised chorizo. 

You can also use the octopus to make a fresh and hearty seafood salad, with chopped cucumber, tomatoes, olives and sliced spring onions.
