The Bradley Digital Smoker 6 Rack is Bradley smoker’s largest model – often favoured by chefs – with six separate levels for smoking. Each rack is 11” x 13”. The smoking control timer and temperature are shown on a digital display. Smoke your own meat, poultry, fish and even cheese at the touch of a button.

Why you need a Bradley Smoker

Many smokers require constant attention to maintain the correct temperature and amount of smoke, but the Bradley smoker takes care of everything for you – just load up the smoke generator with your choice of Bradley wood bisquettes, then set the desired oven temperature and timers for the oven and smoke generator using the digital display. That’s all there is to it!

The removable racks give you the potential to smoke a large joint of meat – like a whole beef brisket or rack of ribs – or use all six at once to smoke smaller items like chicken and sausages to cater for a party.

Is it just about smoke?

Bradley digital smokers allow you to control the oven and smoke generator independently. The oven will automatically switch off when the time is up, but you could programme the smoke generator to stay on longer – giving your food an extra helping of smoky flavour without overcooking it. Or do the opposite – if you prefer subtler smoky flavours, set the smoke timer so that it ends sooner than the oven.

Where do I use it?

Bradley smokers are best used outdoors, as they require a natural draft to draw the smoke through the chamber. Bradley smokers have sturdy feet, so they can sit on the floor, a garden table or a workbench – as long as you have access to an outdoor socket and a flat surface, you can use the Bradley smoker! When not in use, make sure to unplug the smoker and use a waterproof cover.

Using the smoker indoors is not recommended due to the heat and smoke it generates, which can pose safety hazards and affect indoor air quality. For optimal performance and safety, it’s best to use the smoker in a well-ventilated outdoor area.

How does it work?

Bradley smokers are unique in the way that the internal temperature is controlled by a separate heating element, and not by the burning of wood and coal – giving you peace of mind that the temperature will stay constant. They produce clean, cool smoke for up to 9 hours without the need for continuous checks. This is thanks to Bradley’s unique bisquettes and automatic feeding system – each bisquette burns for around twenty minutes, which prevents the temperature from fluctuating.

This also helps to remove the possibility for high temperature gases, acids or resins to be produced, all of which can have a negative impact on the flavour of your food. When a bisquette has finished burning, it is automatically dropped into the water pan on the bottom of the smoker. This immediately extinguishes the bisquette, making Bradley smokers extremely safe as well as revolutionary in the way they control temperature and smoke.

What is in the box?

This digital Bradley smoker comes with six cooking racks. The smoke generator is removable for easy cleaning and maintenance. A cold smoking adapter is also available – so you can cold smoke salmon, cheese and even butter in your own garden.

All Bradley smokers come with a 12-month Manufacturer’s Warranty for domestic use. The product is intended for domestic household use. The warranty is 6 months parts only for commercial use.
