Cherry Rocher’s raspberries in liqueur will add a burst of fruity flavour to cakes, tarts and cocktails. The ruby red berries are steeped in eau de vie (a colourless fruit brandy) that gives them a mellow boozy flavour. 

Serve these liqueur-soaked berries with a creamy panna cotta or scoops of vanilla ice cream. You can add them to whipped cream to top a pavlova, layer a sponge cake or fill a Swiss roll.
