This white chocolate bar is infused with lemon olive oil. It’s rich and creamy with the refreshing aroma of citrus. Ocelot says it’s like ‘falling into a lemon cream pudding’. We love the balance of cocoa butter sweetness and subtle lemon zing. 

Ocelot’s white chocolate is made with organic Swiss milk. Small herds of Brown Swiss cows graze on mountain pastures and Alpine wildflowers. This gives the chocolate a subtle floral flavour.

The olive oil is made in a family mill in Puglia. At harvest time, they stone-grind whole lemons along with the olives. The result is a flavourful green oil that’s perfumed with fresh citrus.

Ocelot chocolate is 100% organic and sold in fully recyclable and compostable packaging.

They give the farmers the resources to produce high quality cocoa and support their families and communities. In 2023, they schooled 2,944 farmers, 40% of them women. The company protects rainforests by supporting growers to plant and nurture native trees.
