The bottle releases a fine mist of extra virgin olive oil. It’s a great way to prepare your pan for frying and grilling. You can also spray it directly onto meat and fish. Try spritzing it over vegetables before sautéing or barbecuing.

Primo BIO is made with Tonda Iblea olives grown in the Hyblaean Mountains. They produce a bright green oil with an intense flavour and aroma. Expect notes of fresh herbs and green tomato.

The spray bottle lets you choose the exact amount of oil to use. A few spritzes is enough to coat your pan before frying. Use it to dress a green salad or to prepare food before air-frying.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Do not spray directly onto flames or incandescent material. Pressurized container. Do not pierce on burn, even after use. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C.
