This cold pressed olive oil is produced in Andalusia. The Mediterranean climate and mineral-rich soil provide the perfect growing conditions for Arbequina olives.

The oil is vivid green with aromas of green apple, almond and banana. You can cook with it or use it as a finishing oil for fish and seafood. It has a beautifully balanced flavour with spicy, bitter notes. Swirl it over gazpacho or a platter of grilled prawns.

To produce this oil, the olives are milled within hours of being picked. The cold pressing process preserves their natural flavour and aroma. The result is an exceptional olive oil that’s perfect for Mediterranean recipes.
