Returns

At Kitchen Geography, our goal is for you to be delighted with every purchase.

We understand that sometimes you may wish to return items you have bought. You are welcome to return non-food products in their original, unused condition within 30 days of dispatch for a refund. Unless an item is faulty, a standard returns processing charge will be deducted from your refund to cover postage and inspection costs.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of food, perishable items, or earrings for pierced ears unless they are faulty (details below).

To initiate a return, please complete the returns form and use our designated postal returns service, which allows you to return the item via a local post office or arrange a collection. You can download your returns form from the link provided at the bottom of your shipping confirmation email.

Please ensure:

  • A copy of your completed returns form is included in the parcel.
  • Returned items are in their original packaging with no visible signs of wear or use.

Please only send returns back via our designated postal service. We cannot accept liability for items returned via any other method.

We will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the order within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, minus the standard returns processing fee.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you have received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us before sending anything back. This allows us to resolve the issue for you at no cost in the most efficient way, which may not always require a return.

When you contact us, please include a photograph of the issue and let us know if you would prefer a replacement, refund, or repair. Our customer service team will then work to resolve the matter as quickly and satisfactorily as possible.
